The black leadership advisory council (blac) has been charged with identifying barriers in the black community in education, community safety, health, and business leadership. At blac, we help young black and underrepresented professionals (typically ages 18â€28) launch their careers, land internships, and build businesses†right in their communities. To date, blac has supported nearly 300 up-and-coming professionals, many of whom are currently thriving in advertising, marketing, and related creative industries.
