What makes haulover inlet so interesting? As the only inlet in northern miami-dade, haulover acts as a major point of tidal flow for water moving in and out of the northern section of biscayne bay. We got an uber here from south beach. It didn't look like it had a lot of parking. The water wasn't real rough on this day, but it was still interesting to watch the boats go in and out.
