Why are there directories called local, locallow, and roaming under \users\\appdata? Ask question asked 16 years, 5 months ago modified 5 years, 5 months ago The question is quite straight forward, i need a list of environment variables (which is a fixed list) and is answered by dennis williamson.
I see that my appdata/local/packages folder is almost 20gb! Is it safe to delete it? If not, can it be 'pruned' without affecting installed applications?
