In mid-may, my amazon credit card transactions stopped downloading. I tried to reset the connection. I emailed synchrony bank to find out why i can no longer use webconnect to download transactions into my quicken.
Synchrony bank (amazon. com store card and lowe's) has not linked for months. Is this a synchrony issue or quicken issue. I can no longer manually import downloaded transactions (. qfx file) into quicken from my amazon store card account (synchrony bank). Does anyone know why my amazon store card stopped downloading with a transaction description in the payee. It was very convenient for determining the category of each purchase.
