Yes it is possible to recruit minthara in patch 5 without killing the tieflings in act one. Either attack minthara at the goblin camp without talking with her first, or steal an item and make her hostile Γ’β¬Β¦ Help minthara find the grove and kill all the druids and the tieflings.
Originally these were the requirements to recruit minthara on a good run: Minthara must be temporarily hostile when you knock her out. This is only possible when she is at the goblin camp. Must kill the Γ’β¬Β¦
