The listings on realtor. com and redfin are supposed to be accurate and up-to-date, because these websites are directly linked to the multiple listing service (mls) where agents list homes for sale. Gave redfin an opportunity to sell my home, which i felt would sell for $325k. The agent viewed the house and proposed a listing price of $300k, and when pushed, insisted it would not appraise for Γ’β¬Β¦
That seems too low to be true, but maybe it is. Am i missing something? I have to admit it feel like being robbed to hand over Γ’β¬Β¦ With redfin, youΓ’β¬β’re much more an employee than a real estate agent. YouΓ’β¬β’re paid a salary and yes, you get a bonus if you make a sale and get a good review, but itΓ’β¬β’s nothing like the money you make as a Γ’β¬Β¦
