My understanding (might be wrong) is that putting it in the middle of the dual tower cooler is the best for cooling, followed by putting it on the intake case fan side, then on the exhaust case fan side. On the main screen hit the little cog wheel on the bottom right. Then set the fan to on instead of auto.
